Alistar, a leading European player in the field of business applications and ICT solutions, is entering into a strategic partnership with Harbers Group. This will allow Alistar to further expand its presence in the Netherlands and strengthen its offering in cloud solutions, ICT security, DevOps services and business applications. As a result, Alistar grows to over 750 employees and its turnover now exceeds 125 million euros.
Harbers Group is known for its personal, proactive and strategic approach towards growth companies. The organization offers a wide range of services, including managed cloud solutions, hybrid modern workplace, software solutions, cybersecurity services and the customer contact system TriniCo. With this acquisition, Alistar now has more than 750 employees and strengthens its position in the East Netherlands region.
