The company is entering into a partnership with Riviq, an expert in data science and AI, and is also acquiring XTRM development, a leading Microsoft 365 service provider with strong expertise in digital workplaces and Microsoft Copilot.
With this double reinforcement, Alistar grows to over 830 employees in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, and achieves an annual turnover of more than 144 million euros.
