Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you serve as the bridge between business and data.

You translate strategic questions into concrete data solutions and ensure that organizations can truly operate in a data-driven way.

From Challenge to Solution

You’ll guide organizations through their data and analytics initiatives and ensure that business questions are translated into valuable insights.

  • You identify business requirements through interviews and workshops

  • You translate these into data models, analyses, and solutions

  • You’ll contribute ideas on KPIs, data flows, and information provision

  • You'll work closely with data engineers and analysts to implement data solutions

  • You will develop mockups and concepts for dashboards and reports

  • You will coordinate with stakeholders and help ensure the acceptance of solutions

  • You serve as the bridge between business and IT and oversee the entire process from start to finish.

What you can do makes all the difference

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in business or information analysis within data environments

  • You have knowledge of data modeling (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault)

  • You are familiar with data warehousing, BI, and data visualization

  • You have strong SQL and analytical skills

  • You have knowledge of data management (e.g., DMBOK)

  • You are proactive, curious, and contribute with critical thinking

  • You communicate effectively and can clearly convey insights to stakeholders

  • You can easily switch between content, stakeholders, and projects

  • You speak Dutch fluently
