As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you'll help customers make their business processes smarter and more efficient.

From Challenge to Solution

Your role lies at the intersection of analysis, consulting, and configuration:

  • You analyze business processes and translate them into smart Dynamics 365 CE solutions

  • You configure and optimize the application (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)

  • You will guide clients from analysis through to go-live and ensure smooth follow-up afterward

  • You ensure quality through testing and clear functional documentation

  • You'll contribute ideas during the pre-sales phase and provide second- and third-level support as needed

  • You actively share your knowledge and help junior colleagues continue to grow

 

What you can do makes all the difference

We’re not looking for the “perfect candidate,” but rather someone with solid experience in Dynamics 365 CE and the right mindset:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

  • Experience with Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules

  • Strong in configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting

  • Familiar with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and possibly Power BI)

  • You translate complex business questions into clear and feasible solutions

  • You work independently, take ownership, and ensure quality and meet deadlines

  • You stay curious and keep up with new developments within the Microsoft ecosystem
