As a Data Management Consultant, you ensure that organizations have their data truly in order.

You build bridges between strategy and execution and help clients make their data reliable, manageable, and valuable.

From Challenge to Solution

  • You help organizations strengthen their data foundation and make data governance tangible and actionable.

  • You will perform data management and data quality assessments and develop improvement plans

  • You will establish data governance structures (roles, processes, decision-making)

  • You define data standards, definitions, and data quality metrics

  • You will advise on and implement data management tools (such as Purview, Collibra, etc.)

  • You will lead change and adoption initiatives related to data management

  • You support data stewards and data owners in their roles

  • You'll work closely with BI specialists, data engineers, and analysts

 

What you can do makes all the difference

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree

  •  You have at least 3 years of experience in data management (data quality, metadata, governance)

  • You have knowledge of data management frameworks (such as DAMA DMBOK)

  • You are familiar with data management tools (Purview, Collibra, OpenMetadata, …

  • You have a good understanding of data warehousing, BI, and data analysis

  • You have strong analytical skills (knowledge of SQL is a plus)

  • You have experience with change management and adoption

  • You communicate effectively and can explain complex topics clearly

  • You take the initiative and bring energy to projects

  • You speak Dutch fluently
