Exact Implementation Consultant

As an Exact Globe and Synergy Implementation Consultant, you’ll help organizations streamline their processes. You’ll work on implementations and optimizations for clients in sectors such as healthcare, government, retail, and manufacturing. You’ll translate processes into a functional system, guide users, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

You’ll be joining an experienced team of 81 consultants, project managers, and technical specialists in Veenendaal, Eemnes, and Delft. Together, we share knowledge, challenge one another, and turn ideas into action right away. We’re ambitious, but we also keep our feet on the ground: above all, smart solutions need to work in practice.

  • Analyzing business processes such as purchasing, sales, production, billing, and approval workflows

  • Configuration and Implementation of Exact Globe and Exact Synergy

  • Translating customer needs into practical solutions

  • Supporting key users and end users

  • Identifying areas for improvement in processes and systems

  • Collaborating with colleagues in consulting, project management, and engineering

What you can do makes all the difference

  • Experience with Exact Globe, Exact Synergy, or similar ERP software

  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for process improvement

  • Clear and people-oriented communication, including with colleagues or customers who are less technically inclined

  • A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys making progress together

  • Curious and eager to learn: open to learning about different industries and processes
