Full-Stack Microsoft Developer

As a Full-Stack Microsoft Developer, you'll work on building and expanding solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

You’ll translate complex customer requests into stable, high-performance applications. You’ll do this using .NET and modern Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure Services. You’ll work on solutions that are not only technically robust but are also actually used in real-world scenarios.

You’ll be joining the Customer Engagement unit within our Public Business Line. This is a team of 18 technical consultants who are fully dedicated to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Together with functional colleagues, project managers, and (pre)sales specialists, you’ll work on solutions that help public organizations advance digitally.

 

From Challenge to Solution

  • You will develop and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

  • You build extensions to existing functionality in .NET

  • You'll work on both backend logic and user-friendly interfaces

  • You'll work closely with business analysts and fellow developers

  • You test your work, document it clearly, and ensure the quality of your code

  • You actively contribute ideas for improvements, new features, and optimizations

  • You'll work on projects (often long-term and in the public sector) in Agile teams using Azure DevOps

 

What you can do makes all the difference

  • You have experience with .NET and are familiar with Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform

  • You think in a structured way and are good at setting priorities

  • You write clean, maintainable code and clear documentation

  • You understand the business context behind your solutions and think in a solution-oriented way

  • You work independently, but you also strongly believe in collaboration

  • You're eager to learn and explore new technologies such as Azure Services, TypeScript, modern frameworks (such as React), or Copilot Studio
