As a Business Productivity Consultant, you help organizations work smarter with Microsoft 365.

You ensure that technology has a real impact in the workplace by connecting tools, processes, and people.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You'll help customers make the most of Microsoft 365 and boost their productivity and digital maturity.

  • You analyze needs and translate them into smart Microsoft 365 solutions

  • You advise clients on how they can optimize their work processes

  • You will guide adoption processes and ensure that solutions are used effectively

  • You'll assist customers with technical issues and work with them to find solutions

  • You share best practices and help organizations grow their digital operations

  • You'll stay up to date on the latest Microsoft 365 developments and apply them to projects

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365

  • You combine an interest in technology with an understanding of business processes

  • You understand both the technical and the human aspects of digital transformation

  • You communicate clearly and make complex topics easy to understand

  • You work proactively and think in terms of solutions

  • You are willing to provide on-site support to customers when necessary
