Are you a Microsoft 365 Application Consultant who brings Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot to life for clients?

At Alistar, as a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you’ll help organizations collaborate more intelligently and efficiently.
You’ll translate their way of working into a digital workspace in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Teams, SharePoint, and—increasingly—Copilot and AI. You’ll work closely with the client, often on-site or in workshops, and make technology tangible and usable for end users.

From Challenge to Solution

  • You'll facilitate workshops with clients to assess their work processes

  • You will help set up and improve Microsoft 365 environments

  • You build and organize Teams and SharePoint environments so that they truly work for the organization

  • You'll assist with data migrations and ensure that everything runs smoothly and correctly

  • You provide training to end users (Teams, collaboration, Copilot, etc.), either online or on-site

  • You translate business needs into solutions that people will actually use

  • You'll set up digital systems and contribute ideas on automation and integrations

What you can do makes all the difference

  • You have 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace

  • You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility without needing someone to push you

  • You communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers

  • You're not afraid to ask questions and actively contribute ideas toward solutions

  • You're good at switching between different clients and projects

  • You're curious about all the latest developments surrounding Copilot and AI

  • You enjoy working independently with clients on a regular basis (including on-site)
