From Challenge to Solution

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you serve as the link between talent and the organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and attracting talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and campaigns

  • Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding

  • Advising hiring managers on market insights, recruitment strategy, and candidates

  • Building and maintaining talent pools.

  • Monitoring KPIs and optimizing talent acquisition processes

  • Actively contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns

With your experience, you’ll make an immediate impact.

  • You have experience in recruitment (for example, in a corporate setting or at a recruitment agency)

  • You think analytically and creatively when it comes to finding solutions

  • You'll work independently and take ownership of job openings and projects

  • You have strong communication skills when interacting with various stakeholders and win over candidates with your enthusiasm

  • You have an eye for both the candidate experience and business results
