Don't have login credentials yet? Read&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/en\/support\/frequently-asked-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>&nbsp;how to request access to the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.&nbsp;<\/strong>In the menu on the left, click \u2018Service Desk\u2019 (see screenshot below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.&nbsp;<\/strong>The Service Desk screen displays the current open tickets by default. Would you like to see the closed tickets? Click the arrow next to \u2018Open\u2019 and select \u2018Closed.\u2019 Selecting the blank option will display all tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.&nbsp;<\/strong>In the search bar, you can search by ticket number or ticket description, if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.&nbsp;<\/strong>In the \"Status\" column, you'll see four symbols:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>An open clasp:<\/em>&nbsp;Your ticket is still being processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A locked latch:<\/em>&nbsp;Your ticket has been responded to by the Service Desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A blinking exclamation mark:<\/em>&nbsp;Your ticket has been updated, and you are being asked to take action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A little flag:<\/em>&nbsp;After a ticket has been closed, you can decide for yourself whether you are satisfied with the response you received. If you are satisfied, you can \u2018mark\u2019 the ticket as resolved.
