Don't have login credentials yet? Read\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/en\/support\/frequently-asked-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0how to request access to the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.&nbsp;<\/strong>In the menu on the left, click \u2018Service Desk.\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.&nbsp;<\/strong>Next, click the \u2018New\u2019 button. A new screen will open (see screenshot below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.&nbsp;<\/strong>Please fill in the fields below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Description:<\/em>&nbsp;Please describe the nature of your question or problem in this field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Classification:<\/em>&nbsp;This value is filled in automatically, so you do not need to change it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Impact:<\/em>&nbsp;Indicate how many users are affected by this issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Urgency:<\/em>&nbsp;Please indicate whether this is a question or a problem. If it is a problem, please also indicate its urgency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Product Line:<\/em>&nbsp;Select the product related to your question or issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Explanation:<\/em>&nbsp;Please provide as much detail as possible in your report.
