With Merge & Mail, you can combine original purchase invoices in the order they appear on the payment advice and merge them into a single PDF document that you receive via email. Merge & Mail allows you to generate a printout of all invoices related to a payment batch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Optimize the process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Within your organization, payments to be made are verified against the original purchase invoices. This currently takes a lot of time, because the correct purchase invoice must be located for each payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Approval <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The E-Cashflow module is used to send payment files containing purchase invoices to the bank. These purchase invoices are typically approved by an authorized person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does Merge & Mail work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Merge & Mail displays an overview of created bank files and approved payments that have not yet been included in a batch. After selecting a batch, all PDFs are retrieved from the database and merged into a single large PDF. An email is then generated containing a hyperlink to this new PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The invoices in the new PDF are sorted in the same order as the payments in the bank file. Status documents (HTML) that Elvy has uploaded to Exact can be added so that it is clear who approved the payment. A user can then enter the email address or addresses of the person who needs to approve the payment batch, after which the message is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
