To provide both its private- and public-sector clients with faster access to these innovations, the ESC Group is expanding its executive team. This restructuring positions the group for further expansion through organic growth and a number of targeted acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benny Van Hyfte is passing the CEO baton to Jan Hofman and will assume the role of Country Director for Belgium. Van Hyfte has been a key figure within the organization since 2004, and since 2020, he has successfully guided the group through a period of rapid growth and transition. As Country Director Belgium, Benny will continue to focus on expanding the Belgian market, which is of paramount importance to the ESC Group\u2019s continued growth. This ensures the continuity of the group\u2019s success in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe can\u2019t thank Benny enough for the journey he\u2019s taken with ESC, and we look forward to continuing this momentum together with him,\u201d explains Philippe Smet, a director at ESC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jan Hofman will become the new CEO of the ESC Group. Hofman is the founder of Net IT, which joined the ESC Group in 2022. He was in charge of sales for the Group\u2019s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement division, which is the market leader in Belgium in this segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis rotation prepares us for the future and is only possible because everyone\u2014from management to the consultants\u2014approaches their work with flexibility, attentiveness, and dedication. This allows us to stay fresh and apply our existing experience and knowledge to new areas,\u201d says Jan Hofman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the group is strengthening its People and Culture capabilities with the appointment of V\u00e9ronique Decoster as Chief HR Officer. V\u00e9ronique has a proven track record in an international senior HR leadership role. Throughout her career, she has gained a wealth of experience in organizational structure, cultural change, and talent development.
