Every CRM implementation therefore has a significant impact on your entire organization: marketing, IT, customer service, sales, HR, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User-friendly CRM solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>success factor <\/strong>To ensure a successful CRM implementation, you need to make sure that <strong>user-friendly CRM tool<\/strong>. Your employees should certainly not be overwhelmed with too many new terms and extra work whose benefits they do not understand. If the CRM solution is too complex (it is often wiser not to implement specific exceptions), your employees will not use it, and the value of your CRM project will decline. A CRM system should, in fact, ensure that your employees can perform their tasks more effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So make sure to <strong>intuitive, streamlined interface<\/strong> and adjust the <strong>KISS (\u201cKeep It Simple, Stupid\u201d) principle<\/strong> For example, don't display more buttons or options than necessary to avoid confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific CRM Training Courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your employees need to believe in the CRM tool and understand its benefits (see also: <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/en\/blog\/focus-on-user-acceptance-of-your-crm-package\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Focus on User Adoption of Your CRM<\/a>). It must be clear to them what the strategy behind the CRM implementation is. They need to understand the objectives of CRM, know what is expected of them, and understand how the software works. Therefore, allow sufficient time for specific <strong>CRM Training Courses<\/strong> and this is the best option for every type of user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also very important that, after the go-live, your employees have access to additional support, such as assistance from a CRM administrator or a <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/en\/support\/\">CRM Help Desk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluate and Invest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A CRM implementation doesn't end once it goes live. As we mentioned above, CRM should be viewed as a business strategy, not as an end goal. <strong>A CRM project must be continuously evaluated and adjusted as needed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the go-live, take a <strong>longer evaluation period<\/strong> Make sure to give your employees the opportunity to learn how to use the CRM. During this evaluation period, gather all suggestions and comments.
