There are several ways to avoid problems with copying and pasting text. First, you can simply compose your text from scratch in the editor. Or you can first paste your text into a plain-text program such as Notepad or TextEdit, then copy it from there into your editor and apply the formatting. When you press \u201cEnter\u201d and expect a new line to be inserted, it sometimes seems as though two lines are inserted or that sections of text shift unexpectedly.
