After oil company BP decided to sell its entire network of gas stations and charging stations in the Netherlands, Catom (owner of the OK brand) emerged as the new operator. This involved approximately 300 BP gas stations and 15 charging locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The IT Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alistar had the honor of supporting Catom in this endeavor by providing strategic advice, project guidance, and business process integration. These formed the core of the fuel and retail processes and ensured that Catom gained visibility, control, and automation at all levels. This includes price communication, trip management, and card billing.
