Things are going well with the NV Liefkenshoek Tunnel<\/a>, the company that manages and operates the toll tunnel under the Scheldt. Last year, more than 6.5 million drivers chose this tunnel<\/strong> to drive quickly from one bank of the Scheldt to the other in Antwerp. Among those tunnel users are many regular commuters with a Teletol card: a simple, convenient, and efficient subscription. \u201cTo ensure that everything runs smoothly\u2014including internally\u2014we needed a well-functioning, integrated software package.<\/strong> We have chosen a Exact<\/a>\u201d-a solution that Alistar has customized for our corporation,\" says Marc Persoon, who is the operations manager at the Liefkenshoek Tunnel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One positive aspect of our collaboration with Alistar was that our employees were heavily involved in the software development process and that we were able to make adjustments as needed. During that development period, we ran the old and new systems partially in parallel.<\/strong> To some extent, we did some work twice, but the advantage that<\/strong>...so that adjustments could be made right away and the final migration from the old system to the new one went very smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We now have the user-friendly and transparent software package based on Exact Synergy that we had envisioned.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re definitely very satisfied with it. Of course, it all depends on what you\u2019re looking for. We mainly needed a a package that could integrate our accounting and our subscription system.<\/strong> The transition from our old system to Exact Synergy<\/a> \u201dIt's an internal change that our subscribers will hardly notice at all. That was the intention. Subscribers who pay close attention may notice that the layout of the invoices has changed, but that's about it.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
