This central information line serves as the first point of contact for citizens, businesses, and organizations with questions for Flemish government agencies.<br><br>In 2018, 1700 began searching for a new central IT platform to replace its outdated CRM system. It enables customer service representatives to work more efficiently, helps citizens get assistance more quickly, and automates processes.<br><br>All the features that call center agents use are now available on a single, user-friendly page.
