They enlisted Alistar to implement&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.net-it.be\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/\"><strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/strong><\/a>. Together with Alistar, we defined the scope of the new CRM project. Three major modules were identified: General Sales, Projects, and Marketing. Currently, the Sales and Projects modules are in full use. In the near future, the Marketing module will also be further refined.<br><br>The new CRM system was rolled out to 65 country managers and field sales representatives, 30 inside sales representatives, and 10 members of Vasco's management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"CRM Customer Story: Vasco Group NV Tracks Projects More Effectively Thanks to Microsoft Dynamics 365\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/w8mbfcxvtdw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Better project tracking and quick access to sales figures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary users of the CRM application at Vasco are management and sales staff\u2014both in-house and in the field\u2014spread across 9 countries in Europe. Hans Steenbreker, IT Director at Vasco: \u201cOur salespeople realize they need CRM to do their jobs more successfully. Thanks to the new CRM environment, our salespeople can more easily look up information about customers and projects: how far along is the customer in the buying process? How does the customer view Vasco\u2019s products? Does the sales representative still need to present many selling points to convince the customer? This is how you achieve the 360\u00b0 customer view that allows you to stand out and sell more effectively.\u201d.<br><br>Vasco has also integrated its CRM system with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.net-it.be\/power-bi-business-intelligence\/\"><strong>Microsoft Power BI<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and an existing BI (Business Intelligence) solution. This allows management and sales representatives to quickly gain insight into sales figures by customer group and by country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business is done by people, so a good cultural fit is very important.
