\u201cWe\u2019ve been using Exact for DOS since 1992,\u201d says Ben Kuiper, Head of Finance and Administration. \u201cWhen I heard about Exact Globe<\/a>, I was immediately enthusiastic. The many possibilities offered by this flexible solution\u2014including in the area of reporting\u2014really appealed to me. That\u2019s why we decided to switch to Exact Globe<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation took longer than average. Kuiper: \u201cWe carried out the conversion ourselves. Since we were a pilot customer, it included Exact Globe<\/a> \u201dWe still encountered several errors during that period. On the other hand, we received a substantial discount. Now that everything is up and running, we're very glad we made the switch.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User-friendly solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Kidney Foundation<\/a> takes full advantage of the capabilities of Exact Globe<\/a>. Kuiper: \u201cThe search capabilities are excellent; data can be found in a flash. In addition, the integration between the various modules is very comprehensive. This makes important information available that would otherwise be difficult to access. Based on that, we can create customized reports.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201dWhat's more, it's a user-friendly solution with an appealing design and user experience.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dutch Kidney Foundation also uses the Excel Add-in reporting module. \u201cThis makes financial reporting much easier and faster. We work with Excel templates into which we can directly import key financial information.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution for Complex Administrative Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Kidney Foundation has a complex administrative structure because it is not a regular business. \u201cWe don\u2019t make a profit; we raise funds,\u201d says Kuiper. \u201cThe revenue generated from this is used entirely to support our social mission. As a result, we have to deal with various subsidy and funding streams.\u201d. Exact Globe<\/a> can effectively handle this complexity. It is no coincidence, then, that similar organizations, such as the Dutch Heart Foundation and KWF Cancer Society, also use Exact solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Dutch Kidney Foundation also organizes special trips for kidney patients near dialysis centers. Patients must pay the costs of dialysis directly at the vacation destination. We advance these costs and then submit claims to the health insurers. These insurers have strict requirements regarding the invoice format.\u201d. Exact Globe<\/a> \u201dThis offers excellent support because we can customize the layout entirely to our liking. I've worked with many other solutions, but I haven't come across this feature anywhere else.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
