Financial Overview

It certainly makes things easier to keep all the information in one place. Invoices are made available in the workflow of the person who needs to approve them. A manager opens his workflow in Exact Synergy and sees an invoice there that needs to be approved. The convenient thing about this is that this person doesn't have to log in fully to the financial system. He only sees what's relevant to him. After he has approved the invoice, it is Exact Globe made available for payment.

That way, we can process the payment. We really like this way of working. You only see what's relevant to you. And if approval is needed, it can be done via Exact Synergy. The same applies to the reports. Managers can view financial data in Exact Synergy retrieve. These are displayed in clear summaries. This allows them to keep a close eye on all financial transactions.

It just works great!

De Stouwe had previously used Exact for DOS. Alistar worked with De Stouwe to identify their needs and then advised them on the most suitable solution.

“Even after the project is completed, Alistar remains a service-oriented partner. If an employee has a question, Alistar’s support department assists us immediately. Alistar has also ensured that Exact Globe and Exact Synergy are linked to the HR/payroll package, so that payroll payments are automatically transferred to the financial accounting system. The great thing about Exact is that it always works and has no teething problems. In addition, it’s highly scalable and can therefore be expanded to meet our specific needs. This is great because it means you only pay for the features you actually use. That’s especially helpful in times of budget cuts,” says Mendel.

Henk Mendel, Controller, notes that De Stouwe, like other healthcare providers, faces major challenges. Cost savings, the municipality as a new procurement entity, and real-time reports are just a few examples. The healthcare sector is changing! This also affects the finances. De Stouwe uses Exact Globe, Financials, and Synergy. These systems cover their entire financial administration. A total of six employees work in Exact Globe, which serves as the heart of the financial administration. In Exact Globe, invoices are entered, and related documents are scanned and stored.

[183,894,1052,1031
1233,1231

612,616,626

post-50751","referentie","type-referentie","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-exact-software","tag-exact-globe","tag-exact-synergy","tag-finance","industrie-type-not-for-profit-en-verenigingen","industrie-type-zorg","techologie-erp","techologie-exact-software","techologie-modern-workplace

De Stouwe -
