For its accounting, balance sheets, and financial records, Comsenso chose Exact Globe<\/a>. \u201cWe were immediately satisfied with that\u2014it went smoothly right from the start,\u201d said Marco Pijper, who is responsible for implementing Exact products at Comsenso. The implementation was carried out in collaboration with Alistar Business Solutions, Comsenso\u2019s reseller. Over the course of several years, Comsenso\u2019s customer base grew significantly, and eventually this called for a different way of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pijper: \u201cEvery week, we spent an endless amount of time gathering information about customers. Since everyone here had a piece of that information, we had to piece it together from all over the place. We didn\u2019t have a shared view of the agreements made with a customer because that information couldn\u2019t be stored centrally and therefore couldn\u2019t be shared.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201dWe wanted to change that, so we looked for a system that could help us do so.\u201d Comsenso didn\u2019t want a custom solution, but rather a standard package with a certain degree of flexibility, because that\u2019s simply much cheaper. Alistar helped Comsenso make their decision and then ensured that everything went smoothly during the implementation. They chose Exact Synergy<\/a>, partly due to the positive experience with Exact Globe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow, the project records show what has been agreed upon with a client. A client signs a multi-year contract with us. In that case, it\u2019s incredibly important that those agreements are properly documented and accessible to everyone, anytime and anywhere. Because Exact Globe<\/a> and Exact Synergy<\/a> \u201dSince they're linked, we now automatically get a weekly overview of our cash flow. That gives us a lot of peace of mind.\u201c Pijper, laughing: \u201c Exact Globe<\/a> and Exact Synergy<\/a> \u201dWe communicate well with each other\u2014you could call it a perfect marriage.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Comsenso Exact Synergy<\/a> Before the system was implemented, there was no central database, and Comsenso employees each had their own way of recording information.
