On top of that, we intended to grow significantly, which meant that sales and marketing would play an increasingly important role. Cross-selling and \u201cfront-end\u201d project management were definitely key considerations. Other factors included relationship and contact management, email marketing, all project information (including status, duration, and budget), and the ability to quickly and easily retrieve sales and marketing reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So it was high time to professionalize the entire operation and start using an advanced CRM system. \u2018It was quite a task, and it wouldn\u2019t have been wise to jump right in with the first provider that came along.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verwol invited several parties to present their proposals. You made a good impression based on the initial discussions, after which an analysis and action plan followed. John Bijster emphasized that it was important to implement a CRM solution that would integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Exact Software, as these are the systems Verwol has been using for years. In the second and third quarters of 2021, two CRM Business Consultants from Qexpertise began working at Verwol, to everyone\u2019s satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result was the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Verwol can now operate more effectively and share project updates with one another. Everyone who needs information about customers, projects, and the like has access to the system.
