They need a system that makes it easy for them to do their jobs. That\u2019s why we continuously monitor whether we can eliminate unnecessary steps and automate inefficiencies.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n Over the years, Waada and Alistar have overcome numerous automation challenges, and the results speak for themselves! \u2018Our focus has shifted from simply using the system to optimizing processes. We now look more at how the system supports the business process rather than the other way around. A concrete example is that we have a fully integrated process, in which the invoicing process has been reduced from twenty clicks to five.\u2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Going forward, Waada will continue to focus on further developing its processes: \u2018I\u2019m proud of the environment we\u2019ve built together.
