Als MFA door een beheerder geactiveerd is in de Office Admin Portal moet de medewerker het volgende doen om MFA te kunnen gebruiken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 1. Download de Authenticator app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download de Microsoft Authenticator app vanuit de Google&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&amp;hl=nl\">PlayStore<\/a>&nbsp;of Apple&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/nl\/app\/microsoft-authenticator\/id983156458\">AppStore<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 2. Authenticator set-up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surf naar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com\/common\/oauth2\/authorize?client_id=0000000c-0000-0000-c000-000000000000&amp;redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Faccount.activedirectory.windowsazure.com%2F&amp;response_mode=form_post&amp;response_type=code%20id_token&amp;scope=openid%20profile&amp;st\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deze pagina<\/a>&nbsp;(Set-up Authenticator)&nbsp; en meld je aan met je bestaande Office 365 account. Na inloggen vraagt Microsoft om Aanvullende beveiligingsverificatie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mfa_office_instellen_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54317\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier kies je voor: Mobiele App &gt; Verificatiecode gebruiken en vervolgens op Instellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 3.
