Het is de opvolger van de NIS-1-richtlijn die in 2016 in werking trad. De NIS-2-richtlijn is bedoeld om de cyberbeveiliging van essenti\u00eble diensten in de EU te verbeteren. De richtlijn stelt specifieke eisen aan beheer, risicobeheersing, bedrijfscontinu\u00efteit en rapportage aan de autoriteiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De NIS-2-richtlijn breidt het toepassingsgebied van de NIS-1-richtlijn uit tot meer sectoren en entiteiten, stelt hogere eisen en vraagt meer transparantie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wist je dat je als bedrijfsleider persoonlijk aansprakelijk kan zijn als er iets fout loopt met je cyberbeveiliging?
