De activering van de optie \u2018Automatische antwoorden\u2019 in Outlook (soms beter gekend als \u2018out of office\u2019) geeft u de mogelijkheid automatisch een afwezigheidsbericht te sturen naar de personen die u een e-mail sturen. Zo kunnen al je projecten ook tijdens jouw afwezigheid correct door medewerkers\/collega\u2019s worden opgevolgd, en kunnen klanten\/leveranciers met een persoonlijke boodschap op de hoogte worden gehouden van bepaalde regelingen tijdens jouw afwezigheid (bijvoorbeeld bij wie ze met hun vragen terecht kunnen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om deze optie in&nbsp;<strong>Outlook 2007<\/strong>&nbsp;te activeren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klik op \u2018Tools\u2019 \u2013 \u2018Out of Office Assistant\u2026\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om deze optie in&nbsp;<strong>Outlook 2010<\/strong>&nbsp;te activeren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klik op \u2018Bestand\u2019 \u2013 \u2018Info\u2019- \u2018Automatische antwoorden\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voer vervolgens in uw afwezigheidsbericht de datum van uw vertrek en terugkeer in. Eventueel kunt u voor uw collega\u2019s een ander bericht invoeren (\u2018binnen mijn organisatie\u2019) dan voor de personen buiten uw kantoor (\u2018buiten mijn organisatie\u2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een ideaal bericht is duidelijk, beknopt en bevat de volgende elementen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>De data waarop u afwezig bent<\/strong>&nbsp;(vermijd zinnen zoals \u2018ik ben gedurende 10 dagen afwezig\u2019)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wie men tijdens uw afwezigheid kan contacteren<\/strong>: voor dringende vragen kunt u de naam van uw verantwoordelijke of van een collega vermelden, alsook diens contactgegevens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meerdere talen<\/strong>: voor wie regelmatig met anderstaligen in contact komt is het aan te raden je bericht ook in meerdere talen op te stellen. Zo weten ook zij wanneer je terug op kantoor bent, en wie ze in jouw afwezigheid kunnen contacteren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klik daarna op OK om te bevestigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Weetje<\/strong>: iemand die u een mailtje heeft gestuurd krijgt maar \u00e9\u00e9n maal een automatisch bericht dat u afwezig bent!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vergeet niet de \u2018Automatische antwoorden\u2019-functie terug uit te schakelen van zodra je terug op kantoor bent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Met de feestdagen in zicht nemen ook steeds meer mensen een of meerdere dagen verlof.
