Hij vond de telefoon uit in 1876. Bijna 150 jaar later vindt er in de markt van telefonie een ware revolutie plaats. Er is namelijk iets interessants aan de hand als je praat over zijn uitvinding. Dat dit met <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/nl\/microsoft-365\/teams\/\">Microsoft Teams <\/a>telefonie te maken heeft leggen we graag aan je uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Telefonie door de jaren heen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om medewerkers met klanten te laten communiceren werd er voorafgaand aan het digitale tijdperk veel geld ge\u00efnvesteerd in analoge telefooncentrales. Het was de tijd waarbij Iedereen een vast toestel op zijn of haar bureau had staan. De smartphone, die we allemaal nu zo gewoon vinden, kwam daar later bij. Dat betekende in veel situaties dat werkgevers feitelijk dubbel gingen betalen; medewerkers hadden een vast toestel en een mobiele telefoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teams-telefonie: alle communicatie ge\u00efntegreerd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zijn er ondertussen aan gewend geraakt om online in teams met elkaar samen te werken. We vergaderen op beeld en gebruiken chat veelvuldig. Waarom zou je elkaar dan nog met \u2018een toestel\u2019 moeten bellen? GSM toestellen en digitale <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/nl\/blog\/bellen-met-teams-intern-en-extern-zonder-pbx\/\">VoIP-systemen<\/a> worden ingezet, terwijl je gewoon vanuit Microsoft Teams kunt telefoneren. De meeste organisaties hebben het al in huis. Telefoonnummers intoetsen is ook niet meer noodzakelijk. Die heeft Teams al voor je gevonden; medewerkers, klanten en jezelf zijn geen nummer meer, maar personen met een digitale identiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voordelen van integratie via Teams-telefonie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat alle communicatie in \u00e9\u00e9n applicatie ge\u00efntegreerd is heeft nog meer voordelen. Teams integreert bijvoorbeeld met Outlook. Dus als mensen jou van binnen of buiten de organisatie willen bellen zien ze gelijk of je wel of niet beschikbaar bent. Als het goed is wordt je daardoor minder gestoord. Tijdens een online vergadering kun je ook makkelijk even iemand erbij roepen. Onze ervaring is dat het daarom ook de klant-leverancier relatie verbeterd. Tot slot zou je je af kunnen vragen of je \u00fcberhaupt nog een telefooncentrale nodig hebt. Als je tot de conclusie komt dat traditionele manieren van telefoneren ook perfect in Microsoft Teams opgevangen kunnen worden, zul je vooral ook blij zijn met de enorme <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/nl\/blog\/direct-routing-voip-microsoft-teams\/\">kostenbesparing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eens doorpraten?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ouderwets <a href=\"https:\/\/alistar.net\/nl\/contact\/\">bellen <\/a>mag, maar we kunnen natuurlijk ook samen gaan bellen in Teams.
