ESC Holding continues its growth trajectory with the acquisition of Net IT. While maintaining operational autonomy, Net IT will now benefit from ESC’s centralized services. This partnership unites Belgium’s leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS partner with its top Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement partner, creating a center of excellence for Dynamics 365 solutions and digital transformation. The combined group now boasts over 220 technology specialists.
Net IT specializes in CRM applications within Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure cloud. Its team of 60 professionals, based in Belgium and Portugal, empowers organizations to maximize their customer relationship management capabilities. Serving mid-sized and large enterprises, Net IT also works extensively with government agencies, higher education institutions, financial services organizations, member-based organizations, and manufacturing and distribution companies.
Leadership and Vision
Jan Hofman and Luc Van der Putten will remain in charge of Net IT’s daily operations and join ESC Holding as shareholders and board members. The entire Net IT team will stay on board, ensuring continuity and a seamless integration.
“It has always been our ambition to accelerate our growth as a company. Of course, this brings challenges in areas like organizational structure, HR, marketing, and sales. By joining ESC, we can now address these challenges quickly and effectively,” says Luc Van der Putten.
“We see this as a positive evolution that brings further professionalization and new opportunities for our team. The ambition to become the largest Dynamics partner in Belgium and the Benelux region was a major factor in our decision. Net IT will drive the group’s customer engagement activities,” adds Jan Hofman.
A Shared Commitment to Digital Transformation
The acquisition aligns perfectly with ESC’s strategy to become the leading ICT partner in the Benelux. Customers of both companies will benefit from a broader service portfolio, including business applications, business intelligence, and modern workplace solutions like Microsoft 365, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT management. Additionally, ESC’s thriving e-business division delivers advanced web applications, online portals, and webshops for fast-growing SMEs.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Net IT team into the ESC Holding family, now 220 specialists strong. Together, we are even better equipped to help organizations accelerate their digital transformation. By bringing all these capabilities under one roof, we provide businesses with a platform that evolves alongside the ever-changing challenges of digitalization,” says Benny Van Hyfte, CEO of ESC.
This acquisition marks a significant collaboration between two leading Microsoft partners, setting a new standard for digital transformation across the Benelux.
