Step 1: Download the program

Step 2: Install TeamViewer

Go to the folder where the file was downloaded and double-click to install the software. Carefully follow the steps in the installation process.

Step 3: Connect with Alistar

Provide your ID and password to our consultant. He or she will be able to remotely access your screen, keyboard, and mouse. You can follow along and watch everything happening.
