There are currently 81 Outpatient Centers Rehabilitation in Belgium which provide specialized diagnostic services and treatment for approximately 10,000 people, primarily children and adolescents.
For more than 30 years, the central objective has been the social integration of individuals with various complex developmental disorders, hearing impairments, and brain injuries. Rehabilitation is provided on an outpatient basis by a multidisciplinary team. In total, there are over 2,000 staff members with a wide range of specializations: psychiatrists or child psychiatrists, neuropsychiatrists, pediatricians or neurologists (some with additional certification as pediatric neurologists), ENT specialists, physical therapists, kinesiotherapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, (ortho-)pedagogues, psychological assistants, psychiatric nurses, and social workers in the centers.
Alistar developed the ERP for no fewer than 36 of the Dutch-language centers. A solution that simplifies and improves the day-to-day operations of these centers.
