The ESC Group, a leading provider of ERP & CRM, Modern Workplace, data, security, and e-business solutions, announced today that it is entering into a strategic partnership with Ensior, a renowned provider of business intelligence consulting services. With this acquisition, the group has completed its tenth acquisition in two and a half years and is taking an important strategic step in strengthening its focus on data. The ESC Group now has consolidated revenue of more than 125 million euros and a team of over 700 technology specialists.
Focus on Data & BI for Data Analysis and Reporting
With the acquisition of Ensior, the ESC Group is adding years of experience in BI solutions and industry-specific knowledge to its portfolio. This enables the group to offer customers from various sectors—such as SMBs, SMB+ companies, and corporate accounts—innovative insights based on data from multiple systems.
The acquisition provides all customers with direct access to even broader expertise and innovative solutions for data analysis and reporting. Ensior employees will have the opportunity to grow within the ESC Group, collaborate with a broad network of specialists, and benefit from the economies of scale of a larger organization.

Digital Transformation and New Growth Opportunities
“The acquisition of Ensior enables us to further strengthen our expertise in Data & BI,” said Jan Hofman, CEO of the ESC Group. “The knowledge and experience that Ensior brings are of great value in helping us support our clients even better with people, data, and technology, thereby giving them greater control over their businesses.”
The partnership also makes it possible to offer BI Quickstart solutions for specific ERP systems. These solutions enable customers to gain insights more quickly and make better decisions in a competitive market.
Sander Honig, Commercial Manager and Partner at Ensior, states: “By joining the ESC Group, we can not only scale up our solutions internationally, but also position them more broadly and internationally in the market and benefit from the culture of a strong group. This applies to both our employees and our customers.”
With a strong focus on customer-centricity and innovation, Ensior is a valuable addition to the ESC Group, and together we are ready to provide the right support to help our customers meet the challenge of creating new growth opportunities.
