Significant reduction in workload

Broederlijk Delen is a Flemish development cooperation organization that strives for a sustainable world free of inequality. Broederlijk Delen collaborates with 130 local organizations in 13 different countries. The organization uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the administrative and financial management of programs, projects, and partner organizations.

Thanks to CRM, employees work with the same up-to-date data, enabling them to better monitor local projects and programs from a financial and administrative perspective and to collaborate more easily with partners. Before CRM was implemented, calculating budgets was a manual and labor-intensive process. CRM now handles this task, performing calculations automatically at various levels: by project, by year, by program, by category, and so on. This results in a significant reduction in the workload.

Alistar also integrated Microsoft Dynamics with the VERO accounting software. This makes the actual disbursement of funds to partner organizations much simpler. As soon as a payment is approved by the project managers and program managers, a payment order is sent from CRM to VERO. VERO then processes the payment and updates the payment status in CRM.

Beneficial for the nonprofit sector

Microsoft offers nonprofit organizations discounted rates for a wide range of its software products, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365.

In partnership with Socialware vzw, Microsoft offers special software donations, training, and resources.

Thanks to CRM, we can better track projects and programs from an administrative and financial standpoint and collaborate more easily with our partners.
