Ghent, July 15, 2025 – Alistar, a leading European provider of business applications and IT solutions, is entering into a strategic partnership with Harbers Group. This move allows Alistar to further expand its presence in the Netherlands and strengthen its offerings in cloud solutions, IT security, DevOps services, and business applications. As a result, Alistar’s workforce will grow to over 750 employees, and its revenue will exceed 125 million euros.
Harbers Group is known for its personalized, proactive, and strategic approach to growth-oriented companies. The organization offers a wide range of services, including managed cloud solutions, hybrid modern workplace solutions, software solutions, cybersecurity services, and the TriniCo customer relationship management system. Thanks to this acquisition, Alistar now has more than 750 employees and is strengthening its position in the eastern Netherlands.
