A manager opens his workflow in Exact Synergy and sees an invoice there that needs to be approved. The convenient thing about this is that this person doesn't have to log in fully to the financial system. He only sees what's relevant to him. After he has approved the invoice, it is Exact Globe made available for payment.
That way, we can process the payment. We really like this way of working. You only see what's relevant to you. And if approval is needed, it can be done via Exact Synergy. The same applies to the reports. Managers can view financial data in Exact Synergy retrieve. These are displayed in clear summaries. This allows them to keep a close eye on all financial transactions.
