How does it work?
The Optiply Connector enables automated data exchange between Exact Globe and Optiply. Product data, supplier information, purchase prices, inventory data, historical sales orders, and purchase orders are automatically synchronized. Based on this data, Optiply uses forecasts and inventory calculations to generate optimal purchasing recommendations.
These proposals can then be automatically generated as purchase orders in Exact Globe. In addition, receipt data and purchase history are synchronized, ensuring that both systems always have up-to-date information. Item data for each supplier is also included, allowing Optiply to take availability, lead times, and prices into account.
