How does Synergy 365 Integration work?
Synergy 365 Integration serves as the link between Exact Synergy and Microsoft 365. Using the Web Add-in, users can link documents from Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to data in Exact Synergy, such as projects, relationships, and articles. The document remains stored within Microsoft 365, while a secure reference is created in Exact Synergy. This ensures that you’re always working with the most up-to-date version and allows for simultaneous collaboration.
In addition, a Microsoft Teams team or channel can be linked to a project in Exact Synergy. Team members and project members can then be synchronized between the two platforms. Through Connected Tabs, it’s possible to make relevant information from Exact Synergy available directly within Microsoft Teams, so that communication, documents, and project information are better integrated into a single work environment.
