At CENTA, we have been working with Exact software modules for years, including both Exact Globe if Exact Synergy. We've been using Exact Synergy since 2006, but over the years it had actually turned into a sort of card index of customers.
So when we decided to streamline more processes, it made perfect sense to reach out to Exact first. They weren’t able to provide us with the right people and referred us to a good partner. That’s how our initial contact came about.
I immediately had a good feeling about working with them. I spoke with people who understood my questions and needs. Efficient Workflows
They helped us set up our customer relationship management (CRM) system and develop efficient workflows for various sales processes. These processes include receiving customer requests, issuing quotes, processing orders, actual production, and, finally, delivery.
Every process now takes place entirely using workflows in Exact Synergy, after which it eventually ended up in Exact Globe, through the order management system, the actual delivery and invoicing take place.
All business processes within Exact are now fully automated, and the flow of information is much better and more transparent than before, allowing us to act much more quickly and effectively.

What I like is that people understand that I can't always take the lead. My primary goal isn't to automate; I want to help our business processes move forward in the smartest way possible.
It feels as though we’re being supported as if we were a larger organization. They’ve standardized the way our people receive information, and that brings a sense of calm to the workplace. As a result, we can focus our energy on more productive matters, such as our customers.
