You must renew your license every year. This license is available on the Exact Customer Portal and can be found at this link. You can update the license for your accounting file via the menu path [☰ > System > Update Exact Globe Next License]. You must perform this action for each accounting file.
Do you have an integration with Exact Synergy? If so, don't forget to update the Exact Synergy license and integration software as well.
