You can download the license for your Exact software from the Exact Customer Portal via this link. Are you unable to access the Customer Portal? If so, please let us know!
You can make changes to your license via the menu path [Menu > System > Configuration > License Voucher > Import]. Are you using the client? If so, follow the menu path [Menu > Configuration > License > Import].
