Would you like advice or to have certain (design) work carried out? If so, follow the steps below to submit a request for consulting services through the portal.
1. Log in with your credentials at Exact and Business Cloud Portal. Don't have login credentials yet, but are you one of our customers? Read here How to request access to the Alistar customer portal. Not a customer yet? Simply submit your consulting request using the contact form on the contact page.
2. In the menu on the left, click ‘Consultancy Request.’ A new screen will open (see screenshot below).
3. Please fill in the fields below:
- Description: Please describe the nature of your need in this field.
- Explanation: Briefly explain your needs.
4. Click the ‘Save’ button to submit your consulting request.
