Your employee will be granted secure access to a specific section of Exact, allowing him or her to submit a sick leave report or leave request. We’ll explain how this works in simple terms below.
The employee logs in to your portal and can submit a sick leave report or a leave request, which is processed via Exact Synergy is immediately forwarded to the Human Resources department.
After filling out the web form, a workflow is initiated within Exact Synergy for further follow-up.
The employee can continue to monitor the follow-up, as they have access to all correspondence and any attached files. As soon as the HR representative writes a response, it is immediately visible to the employee.
If a follow-up question is asked, the employee receives an email with a link to the form's updated status.
