- Intended for: executives, process owners, consultants, digital transformation managers, and data and AI professionals. No prior technical knowledge required.
Plenty of enthusiasm, but stalled in the pilot phase

87%
sees AI as a huge opportunity for the organization.
56%
is still in the experimental and pilot phase.
6%
has already widely integrated AI into its processes.

Why do you need the AI Discovery Cards Workshop?
Even with all the enthusiasm surrounding AI, it turns out that actually implementing AI in business is no easy task. Many organizations face the same questions: where do you start, what’s feasible, and how do you avoid investments that don’t add real value? These are familiar situations:
- There are ideas within the team, but there is no structured approach to putting them into practice.
- It's hard to assess what's technically possible today and which AI solutions are right for your challenges.
- AI often remains a standalone experimental phase rather than a strategic lever.
- The fear of making the wrong choices or a bad investment holds initiatives back.
Approach
Here's how the workshop works
The workshop is intentionally accessible, interactive, and playful. In four steps, you’ll move from your current approach to a prioritized shortlist.
1. Your current situation
We gather insights into your internal processes, needs, and business challenges.
2. Explore Microsoft AI Cards
You'll discover innovative ways to use AI and evaluate how you can leverage that technology.
3. Integrate the AI Cards into your workflow
We map AI to your business processes, derive concrete ideas from them, and refine them together.
4. Evaluate and prioritize
We assess the business impact and prioritize the ideas based on feasibility and value.

Preparation
How do you prepare?
The more precise the input, the more concrete the output. To get right to work, we’d like to ask you to provide a few materials in advance:
Business Goals
A summary of your goals, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Processes and Workflows
Existing workflow diagrams or process descriptions, with the bottlenecks identified.
Data and Metrics
Relevant business data: How do you measure success?
Opportunities for Innovation
Processes that are too cumbersome today and are ripe for innovation.
And above all: an open mindset for exploring new ideas and emerging technologies.
Triple I Framework
Three Approaches for Maximizing the Impact of AI
AI impact arises along three strategic axes that are not mutually exclusive. An organization can move along all three at the same time, each at its own pace: a Copilot rollout on the shop floor, an agent experiment in a department, and a custom solution for a specific business process. Our role is to help you move forward along the right axis. Discover the Triple I Framework.
