🌱 Sustainability Module (ESG)

ESG is a new European regulation concerning emissions reporting.

The Sustainability Module in Business Central helps organizations monitor and manage their environmental impact. This module provides tools to track and report various greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in accordance with ESG standards. It supports the collection of emissions data through sustainability journals or purchase documents, and the conversion of emissions to CO₂ equivalents.

  • Scope 1: Direct emissions from combustion and other sources.
  • Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased energy.
  • Scope 3: Emissions from purchased goods and services, transportation, waste, and more.

With this module, users can:

  • Set emission factors for different sources.
  • Record emissions data in sustainability journals.
  • Record emissions data directly from purchase documents.
  • Purchasing and registering carbon credits.
  • Convert emissions to CO₂ equivalents.
  • Generate and analyze sustainability reports.

🔁 Subscription & Recurring Billing

An entirely new module in BC—but one that has been in use for years

The Subscription & Recurring Billing module in Business Central allows you to manage subscriptions and recurring billing. This module supports various subscription models and offers flexibility in pricing, renewals, billing periods, and frequencies. This helps businesses automate recurring billing and minimize errors.

With this module, users can:

  • Create individual and automated billing cycles.
  • View all existing monthly recurring invoices and upcoming invoices.
  • Simplify invoicing with invoicing templates.
  • Automatically calculate notice periods.
  • Record income and expenses on a accrual basis in the income statement.

📈 Power BI Standard Reports
