Software and IT company ESC is expanding significantly in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Advisie. Advisie has 110 employees and offices in Eemnes, Delft, and Eindhoven. Qexpertise from Veenendaal, a previous acquisition by ESC, will merge with Advisie. The ESC Group now has more than 375 experts in business software, modern workplaces, and e-business, with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal. This acquisition makes the ESC Group the largest Exact player in the Benelux and strengthens its position as a leading Microsoft partner.
Maritha van Klink – Doorn, Director of Marketing & Strategy at Advisie, and Pieter Jan Petermeijer, Managing Director at Qexpertise, make up the executive team of the newly unified Advisie. Together with their current teams, they will remain responsible for day-to-day operations and the autonomous expansion of the Dutch market.
