With this acquisition, the ESC Group strengthens its position in the Netherlands and further expands its service offerings in the areas of application management and training. Following this acquisition, the group now has more than 670 technology specialists and consolidated revenue of 125 million euros.
The acquisition is the next major step in the ESC Group’s growth strategy and will enable it to offer Goodzo’s innovative and people-centered approach to IT consulting to its clients and (future) employees. Goodzo, founded in 2013, is known for its dedication to training talent to become highly qualified consultants. Whether it involves MSP, support, application management, Mendix development, or setting up a Modern Workplace, Goodzo strengthens the ESC Group’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
Future-Oriented Growth and Innovation
Goodzo adds a new dimension to the ESC Group’s services. The IT Growth Program, through which Goodzo trains people with little or no IT experience to become consultants, provides significant added value to its clients. This program focuses on developing both technical and management skills, preparing participants to deliver value in complex IT environments.
