We are proud to announce that ESC and SDE will be joining forces effective February 1, 2021. As a result of the acquisition, SDE’s services and the Natch division will be fully integrated into ESC.

“SDE employees will be integrated into the ESC teams starting February 1,” says Carine Smet, who, together with Philippe Smet, heads ESC. “The SDE office in Lochristi will remain open but will be renamed ESC. The ESC headquarters will remain in Eke.”
Customer-Focused
SDE serves more than 400 customers, while ESC serves over 800. But both companies share the same values regarding customer satisfaction, a positive attitude, and a pleasant work environment. “Continuity is a key driver behind this acquisition,” says ESC director Philippe Smet. “One of the similarities between ESC and SDE is our commitment to serving our customers as well as possible. Our focus is on ensuring continuity in the services we provide to our customers.”

ESC looks to the future with optimism, with projected revenue of over 20 million euros and a workforce of more than 150 employees.

SDE is located in Lochristi, states fifty employs and serves people already more than thirty year spacious four hundred customers with solutions in the field of ERP, e-business, cloud and other technologyand.
For more than ten years, Natch has focused on e-business solutions for large and medium-sized B2B companies. This division of SDE provides deeper insight into customer journeys in the manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, and service industries.

As of February 1, 2021, ESC bv and Software Developments nv (SDE) have been operating under a single name and as a single legal entity: ESC bv. SDE’s operations and staff are being integrated into ESC bv. This marks the start of the operational integration of both teams.
This company has only one VAT number: BE 0469.649.056 (ESC bv). All communication and invoicing will be conducted under this name. The phone numbers and email addresses of our contact persons will remain the same until further notice. We are confident that the new organization will help us provide even better service to our customers.
