Is your company in urgent need of new computers, tablets, or smartphones? Avoid long wait times for setup. With Microsoft Intune, your devices are ready to use right out of the box. Transferring valuable data with Microsoft Intune is always done securely.
What is Microsoft Intune?
Microsoft Intune is a cloud service focused on MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management). You determine how your organization’s devices are used, including cell phones, tablets, and laptops. You can also configure specific policies to manage applications. For example, you can prevent email messages from being sent to people outside the organization. Intune also allows people in the organization to use their personal devices for school or work. On personal devices, Intune can ensure that your organization’s data remains secure, and this data can be isolated from your personal data.
Our colleagues Dieter and John explain:
What are the benefits?
Intune is part of the EMS Suite (Enterprise Mobility + Security) from Microsoft. Intune can be integrated with Azure AD (Active Directory) to determine who has access and what they can access. Intune can also be integrated with Azure Information Protection for data protection. It can be used with the Microsoft 365 suite of products. For example, you can deploy Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and other Microsoft 365 apps to devices. This feature enables people in your organization to be productive on all their devices, while keeping the organization’s information secure based on policies you create.

Secure Document Management
Cybersecurity is extremely important—just think of the recent cyberattack on the government. Determine which employees have access to Office 365 data. Even if you aren’t the document’s administrator, you can grant or deny access to someone. It’s through the centralized work environment that you determine under what circumstances employees are granted access. These access conditions help prevent unauthorized individuals from transferring your data. Is the employee at home, at the office, or at another location? Are they working on their tablet?
