Approve Expenses on the Go
Do you ever have to approve an expense while you're away from the office?
This, too, is now very easy. Expenses can be approved either directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central or online via a web browser, so that everyone in the organization has access to the approval process at any time.
The approver sees the original receipt on the screen and can approve it, reject it, put it on hold, or forward it to another person for review or approval. Comments and attachments can also be easily added.
Easy Access to Documents
All original documents are archived in Continia Expense Management 365. You can always find them using the standard navigation feature in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
